Your 3-Minute Calm Reset

Your 3-Minute Calm Reset

You’re here — the hard part’s done. Let’s bring your system down a notch, right now. Drop your shoulders and follow along.

1 · The physiological sigh (60 sec)

Breathe in through your nose… then take a second short sip of air on top. Now let it all out slowly through your mouth, longer than the inhale. Do this three times. It’s the fastest way we know to switch off the stress response.

2 · Ground yourself (60 sec)

Look around and silently name: 5 things you see, 4 you hear, 3 you can feel, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste. This pulls your mind out of the spiral and back into the room.

3 · One honest reframe (30 sec)

“This feeling is real, and it will pass. I don’t have to fix everything tonight — just this next breath.”

Notice your shoulders. A little lower? That’s your nervous system letting go.

Keep it handy. We just emailed this to you so it’s there at 3 AM when you need it. Over the next few days we’ll send a few more — one for the racing mind, one for the tight chest, one for Sunday-night dread.
