I didn’t set out to build a stress course. I set out to fix my own stress.

For years I carried it everywhere. Tight shoulders. Clenched jaw. Sunday dread. Waking up at 3 AM with my mind already running. I tried meditation apps, breathing exercises, baths, supplements, and the advice everyone gives: “just relax.”

None of it stuck.

The Realization

The problem wasn’t that I wasn’t trying hard enough. The problem was that I was treating stress like a thinking problem.

But stress is a body problem first. Your nervous system doesn’t respond to willpower. It responds to signals. Once I understood that, everything changed.

I started studying how the nervous system actually works — not from a medical perspective, but from a practical, daily-use perspective. I tested techniques, tracked what worked, and eventually built a simple 7-day system that changed how I felt.

That’s what became the 7-Day Stress Reset.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t meditation. It isn’t therapy. It isn’t positive thinking.

It’s a practical system based on three ideas:

  1. Stress has patterns. Once you know yours, you can target it.
