Who Is Eligible

You are eligible if you purchased within the last 30 days, request within 30 days, and have not abused the policy.

What Is Refunded

Approved refunds are full purchase price to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processor fees, currency differences, or taxes follow processor/local law policies.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@reducestress.site with the email used to purchase, order/receipt number if available, and a brief note (optional). No forms or calls required.

Refund Timeline

We review within 2 business days and process approved refunds immediately. Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

When Refunds May Be Denied

We may deny refunds for abuse, chargebacks before contacting support, fraudulent purchases, or requests beyond the 30-day window.

Access After Refund

Course access is revoked once the refund is processed. You can repurchase later at the current price.
